Hello friends,

We all have goals that we want to achieve, things we want to change in our lives, or just something that really inspires us. And maybe we even want to try out something new (and if nothing of the above seems relatable to you, skip this blog post for now and read this one). But somehow you are not taking action. You are fantasizing about starting this or that, but not taking action.

The people around you are making progress. Their physique improves. They attract more women/men. Their wealth situation gets better. And they are becoming more confident.

But what about you? Do you procrastinate on even starting something? Telling yourself that you can't make it anyway? That you are too weak? Too stupid? Too ugly? Too insecure? Comparing yourself to everyone?

This is where we need to look closely and to ask ourselves: Where and why do we feel like giving up? Where don't we even take the initiative?

Sometimes the hardest part is starting and committing to something.

I want you to never give up on something that's important to you. Especially if you haven't even tried.

Let's get started.

Simple but not easy

Before I even say anything else, I want you all to understand that the perfect day to start something new will never come. There will never be this "perfect opportunity" to start something new. Never. And the longer you wait, the more likely you are to tell yourself, "I should have started x days/weeks/months/years ago". So you might as well just start today.

So then, what should you do? Well, honestly, just take action. There isn't much to mediate or think about. You want to try out a dance class and feel to shy? Sign up. You want to get better with girls but feel like it won't work out anyway? Go out there and meet girls. You want to finally be able to play the guitar? Go get some guitar classes.

If you don't do what you want to do, life just goes on and on and nothing will ever change. Your health situation gets worse, your confidence won't improve, and you'll never experience something new.

Procrastination is our biggest enemy. We dodge what we truly want for absolutely no reason.

“Procrastination is like a credit card: it’s a lot of fun until you get the bill.” – Christopher Parker

You are responsible for your future. Make it a big one.

And I can imagine that a few of you might realize, that they have A LOT of things they want or should do, and they have been procrastinating for a while. And it may feel overwhelming at first. No worries, I got you covered how to deal with that in this blog post.

Getting data

Now let's focus on the action taking part. From everything you do, you'll get some experience, which itself is sick already. You get to know the basics of playing tennis, or you learn about some healthy diets, and therefor you have already gained something (regardless of whether the experience was fun or not).

But from one experience, it's sometimes hard to judge if you have truly found something that you like over a long period of time.

Therefore, you should be trying out things a few times and then reflect on them: Did you enjoy them? What did you learn? Could you see yourself doing this in the long run? How can you improve your approach to this?

Then try out some new things.

Over time, you have tried out many different things, and you'll find something that you truly like and want to follow. But for that you obviously have to take action.

Don't let yourself be stopped by the excuses you tell yourself. Don't label yourself as "lazy" or "unmotivated" just as an excuse to not do shit. That's a huge trap: By labeling yourself as lazy, you will be acting lazy and this will reinforce your view on yourself.

Don't be a pussy and waste your life away. You know there is more for you to do.

Think about what you want and take action, regardless of what you think of yourself. Don't let excuses stop you.

Nobody cares about your excuses anyway. Everybody cares about if you will succeed or not. You just don't know it yet.

But most importantly, you should care. Do it for yourself. And trust me, the rest comes together from itself. You will learn to love the process.

Now it's time to put the theory into praxis. You got this.

My challenge for you

Do the thing(s) you are procrastinating on the most. Pick up an old dream. A goal. A plan. Something you wanted to do for ages. Or something that you just recently came up with. Something you feel or think that it would be sick. Try it out. One thing is already enough for this challenge. As discussed, if you can do it today, do it today. If you can't do it today, plan it out to do it within 7 days. Go to that dance class. Apply for a course. Go and put yourself out there.

Get some new experiences, make yourself proud and make your life more interesting. Step it up. It starts here. Now.

Let's make it epic!

And a bonus tip: Maybe you know someone in your network who is already doing something that you want to do. Get in touch with them, they will be happy to help you out!
